Gymnastics and Dancing! Drums and Piano! Singing in Russian and English! Hard to imagine a performing skill which was missed during our annual Talent Show!
We couldn't be more proud to tell you how talented the kids are! The variety of performances and costumes was amazing.
Teachers' imagination and patience as well as parents' creativity and participation helped to make this show a great success: almost 50 acts in 2 hours!
Thanks to all for making it a great Talent Show!
All kids are coming to school in costumes!
The costume parade will take place from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm.
School uniform should be brought in a bag – students will change after the parade.
Parents are not expected to come, but if you wish, you may wear your costume and join our celebration!
IMPORTANT: only friendly characters are allowed to school!
All “Skeletons”, “Vampires” and other scary costumes alike will be changed to the school uniform and not participate in the parade!
Please note that each child will be asked about his/her costume in front of the others:
- Who or what is he/she?
- Why he/she has chosen that particular costume?

It has become a good tradition to invite a professional performer for our last day of school. This year we are going to meet DAN CHAN THE MAGIC MAN with his ultimate variety show.
You can check out his website here: http://www.danchanmagic.com/index.html
Video on YouTube here: http://www.youtube.com/danielgchan
Dan Chan’s website claims: “Dan Chan masters more than most, promises more than expected, and delivers more than hoped. He's been called "an intense, three-ring circus rolled into one man" and for good reason. Dan Chan the Magic Man merges several specialties from the world of variety arts into a singular experience. From pure and technical sleight-of-hand to authentic pick pocketing; from world-class juggling to circus stunts; from escapes to dog tricks; acrobatics to quick-change costumes. Dan Chan creates excitement wherever he performs.”
"Dear Parents! There are no doubts that the Talent Show 2010 was a blast!
I think that the name we’ve chosen for that event – Talent Show – is exactly what it was: children, teachers and parents had shown off their unique talents and everyone truly enjoyed it!
We have received a very positive feed back from parents and guests who had been at the show. The description words we mostly heard were “amazing!”, “wonderful!”, “hard to believe it’s performed by elementary school age kids”, “very well arranged and staged”.
Thank you for your appreciation!
THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKING THE SHOW SUCH AN AWESOME EVENT!"
